CRICUIT CARD FAIRY BLOG BOP

Welcome to our hop!   In this hop we want to focus on being thankful for all the blessings in our life.  I am personally thankful for my family and for the fact that I am healthy!  Every day I try to remember all the "little" things for which I am thankful.  I am happy to have such wonderful friends and family.   We fairies are excited to be in this hop, and happy that we can send our cards to those who might need a little cheer.  With that in mind, I made the following blocks as my project.  My husband built a fence awhile ago and was looking to clear out the garage - so he cut some leftover wood into blocks and I will thrilled.  Free!  And he was thrilled to get them out of his garage.  Of course, all the extras are now in my craft room - and it is crowded in there.  Urgh.  For those of you who asked, the blocks are 2 x 2.  I used the Carousel cart for the lettering; it's almost like the Storybook lettering, but I liked these a little better for these.

And of course, here's my kitty ready to invesigate - that is until he saw me walk into the room with my camera!  Caught in the act!!

Along the way there will be opportunities for inspiration, and blog candy. So make sure you hop all the way through, leave comments on every blog.  Our Cricuit Card Fairy Commander will be giving away a Hello Kitty Greetings cart to a person that hops and leaves a comment on ALL blogs.

If you are interested in joining the Fairies, email our commander at cricutcardfairies(a)gmail(dot) com.  It is a wonderful cause and it makes me feel as good participating as I hope it make the card recipients.  THANKS to Crystal for all she does to keep up going.

  11. I'm not sure how to post a reply??? But the question was asked about how big the blocks are. They are 2 x 2. My husband did a good job of cutting them, but there are a few that are not quite straight --- shhhhhh, don't tell him - don't want to hurt his manly man feelings!
